To Nashita,
You will get good and bad with most reviews. All I can say is dont expect a 5* holiday if you are only payiong for 3*. You get what you pay for and yes there are extras but as I said in my previous post they are worth paying for saved a lot of hassle. They were a bit slow at replying to emails but they did deal with the problems we had in respect of our grand daughters needs due to her medical condition. Just make sure that you know exactly what you are getting and you will be ok. I think sometimes people expext more than what they are actually paying for.
I found them pretty good and I can only report my own experience.

I booked a tailor made holiday with Travel Republic and am travelling on 6th October. My flight is through Thomsons (First Choice) and have now been advised that the tickets are now being sent out 7-10 days before my trip having been advised 2 days ago that they would be sent 10-14 days before my trip. I am concerned that I will not receive them. Last year I booked with them and they were despatched 17 days beforehand with no problems. My concern is that if anything does go wrong Travel Republic they are not that easy to get hold of.

I booked in Feb with travelrepublic to fly on 16th of this month to Tenerife, with 5 members of my family to celebrate my father in laws 50th birthday. No issues with them unless you have a problem, and with XL going down on 12th, I had a big problem. There is very little chance of getting in touch with anyone,( even the website fails to have a link to contact them). There Customer Service Request sends you round their website in circles, their Email system has an automated response, they don't reply to fax's and no one must have hands as they can't pick up the phone to it. They can appear cheap, but it's like car insurance, you don't know how good it is until you have to deal directly with them, then the flaws are seen. Very poor customer services and I wouldn't use them again. I've booked again for next year and used one of the big guns, maybe a little dearer, but at least I can walk into the shop and speak to someone face to face.

Does anyone realise that they only do (TAYLOR MADE HOLIDAYS). This means that each part of your holiday is a seperate package and if you loose your flight or hotel because of insolvency you cannot make a claim on your credit card for all of your money, because it is not classed as a package. Think Again.

Hi Steved1. I note that you work for Travel Republic. It should be possible for you to clarify a possible misunderstanding by myself. I have previously used Travel Republic for my holls, but now have doubts about the point of using a company that boasts of A.B.T.A. membership but yet only sells to online customers (Taylor Made Holidays--- i.e. each part of the holiday is a seperate booking).
Am I not right in assuming that A.B.T.A. have rules that state at lest two parts of your holiday must be a linked booking to be able to make a claim against them.
