Hi
I went to this villa last summer with my Wife, grown up kids and various boyfriends/girlfriends.(10 persons) The villa is situated a shortish walk from the bars and nightlife. It is very secluded and quite large. we found the villa to be excellent although a little tired in places. Villa plus were very efficient and I would thouroughly recommend them.
Hope your holiday was as good as ours.

Villaplus.com value feedback from our customers which enables us to monitor the quality of our product and the service we provide. We have systems in place to ensure that our client's opinions are taken into account and acted upon when necessary.

We have been in correspondence with our clients who stayed at this villa and we accept that on this occasion the clients did encounter some problems that fell short of our high standards. We have apologised for the inconvenience caused and tried to respond to our client's concerns.

Villaplus.com have been renting villas since 1986 and have 24 hour representatives in all resorts.

Will be staying at the Villa Alessandra in Santo Tomas, Menorca soon we know the resort very well but are a bit concerned about the villa and the operator after reading some of the comments, can any one advise.

We have booked with Villa Plus 4 times over the last 6 yrs they are great, very impressed with the service from all the staff both in the UK & in the Algarve. The villas are a home from home. After our first stay in one of their villas I looked in some holiday magazines for private rentals but Villa Plus could not be beaten. I have 2 teenage sons who enjoy the pool table, this & the pool keep them happy. We have stayed in other villas with other companies but found they did not compare. I have recomended them quite a few times to friends & will continue to do so. I don't mind ringing them to make my payment, I think from a security point of view this is good, you don't know who is ringing you & who you are giving your card details to. I'm sure we will go to the Algarve again & I know we will book with Villa Plus again.

We are booked into Villa Levas, in Cyprus this August. Has anyone been? Would love to hear anyone's opinion. What is there to do in the area?

just returned from lanzarote in a luxury villa and must say i will never go back to an apartment after this villa as it was absolute luxury ( i wont mention the villa name as im getting it again in 2009) i hope but all in all the company , the rep , and the villa was A+++++

Hi

Have just returned from Villa Los Hibiscus. This villa needs a total refurb and i would not recommend it to anyone. The bathrooms were nothing short of disgusting. We called the rep from Villa Plus who was fantastic but informed us that the bathrooms had not been refurbished for 30 years. The tiles were cracked everywhere, the toilets nothing short of disgusting with toilet seats that did not fit. We called our room the dungeon.

We were left towels that i would not put a dog on. The rep sorted this and said it was the fault of the cleaners, they had left us towels that were for cleaning the villa.

The pool was a reasonable size but the area around it inadequate. The only plus i can say about this villa is it has a new kitchen. The town around the villa is totally uninspiring with a very long walk to the beach. The villa is in the middle of a very large and drab estate.

In summary if we had not been with great friend i would have come home. I would not recommend this villa to my worst enemy!

“we have just returned from a holiday with villa plus, going to portugal in villa los hibiscus. just wanted to comment on what a brilliant holiday we all had, the villa looked just like the pictures we saw, there were 6 adults and 2 children, the pool and table tennis tables were a bonus for the kids and also the dads. we had a problem with the safe on the first day and the maid rang the rep for us and about 2 hours later the rep arrived and fixed the problem. this is the first time we have been with villa plus and we will definitely book with them again. all in all an absolutely brill holiday and highly recommended”

Clearly perky had an excellent holiday, but Guitar1 did not, and yet they both travelled in August 2008, possibly one directly after the other. Perky felt that the villa suited their needs whereas Guitar1 did not like the villa, did not like the area and did not like the long walk to the beach.

Our Website is packed with detailed information on each villa including aerial images of Microsoft, Google maps and distances to the beach. We also constantly send our staff overseas so they are able to familiarise themselves with many of the individual villas in our program.

Although many of our bookings are made “online” we have always encouraged our clients to ask our knowledgeable UK reservations team as many questions as possible whilst researching the location and villa of their choice, as we know that this is the key to a successful holiday.

We may well have had a selection of other villas that would have been much more suited to Guitar1, and whilst we are pleased that perky had a great time at this villa, we are naturally disappointed that Guitar1 did not and value the opinions of all our clients.

Having been in business for 22 years we understand that we must never stop trying our best to listen to all our customers.

Most of the facilities on offer in the 700 plus villas have been provided directly by the finances of Villa Plus and we encourage and support our owners to improve their villas. Every newly contracted villa has a report on refurbishments prior to the arrival of the first clients.

We operate a continual improvement policy and use feedback from our clients and villa owners to prepare schedules for changes in time for the new season. When dealing with over 700 villas, the owners, managers, maids, gardeners, other maintenance personnel and, of course, our clients it is not always easy to get everything right, but we do try our very best.

Villas come in a variety of styles and in different types of resort and whilst one client can send in a report lavishing praise on their wonderful holiday, the next client can be unhappy. It is all about getting the villa that truly suits your needs.

The information to ascertain if a villa is suitable for your needs is available on our website, which contains large amounts of details and information on each villa, including floor plans and Google Maps / Microsoft “birds eye”. Additionally it is so important to speak to our knowledgeable reservations staff who have visited the villas that we offer and the areas.
