| I booked my holiday last september and thought what a great bargain
Sadly since their merger I have had nothing but problems I have had letters telling me I still owe them money and when you phone them it takes up to an hour to get through they told me to ignore the letters because it was their computers fault(apparently it had added on a charge it shouldnt because they changed my flight times and they couldnt get their computer to stop)
My next problem is that I am due to travel on 16 august everyone else in my family have their tickets(they booked after the merge with thomas cook airlines)I spent an hour trying to get through to them only to be told they couldnt find my booking and could I call back.
I was very angry and had to waste more money on the train to go to their shop in belfast where they were able to tell me I would get my tickets on 2nd august
Has anyone else had these problems and did you eventually get going on your holiday?
