| i have a holiday booked with thompson, when i booked my holiday i booked direct flight (well so i thought i was booking direct flights) i went to collect my tickets a couple of days ago as i am due to fly on the 20th august 2008, when i went in to collect my tickets they told me i am stopping at chicago, i queryed this as i said i booked direct flights! the manger told me this can happen! but i was not happy with her answer so i called the airline (bmi) who the flights are booked with and they told me they have never done direct flights and have always stopped off! so this shows my travel agency have booked the wrong flights as i clearly stated on the day i booked i wanted direct flights only. i am not happy with this could u please advise me on what action can be taken or if they can upgrade my seat class due to the inconvience of stopping off!

| i booked it in the shop, she even gave me a print out which says flying form manchester to new york!!! it says nothin about stoppin off.

| well they will have little to stand on then if your sheet you got dose not show it has in-direct flights as they should show you the full details which in some t/agents you have to sign to say you agree
maybe a threat of abta mite work lol

B) If so did it show full flight times ?
C) did you get a confirmation invoice?
