| looking to book an all inclusive holiday through them, found on teletext holidays?
Does anybody know what they are like or have they travelled with them before?
Any help would be appreciated

| hi i booked with them and all the details are mixed up, e.g flight days, hotel days i am waiting to see if they amend them before we fly (thats when i find out when were flying!) the customer service desk was closed when i rang today, its the last time i book a last min holiday

| Do not use this company.
They are unreliable, and offer no support when things go wrong.
They leave you hanging on premium rate phone lines, then disconnect you.
They are great when you are booking, but once you have handed over your money they do not care.
We have had a bad experience in July with this company.

| We have just got back from a wonderful holiday in the Costa Brava. We booked through Sun 4 you direct and will never book with them again. We paid for 2 rooms and when we arrived at the hotel, they only had us down for 1 twin room - this was for 4 adults of which one is pregnant. We ended up paying for a second room!!! we have written a letter of complaint and are now awaiting for compensation

| I Wouldn't let the review put you off,as we booked with them last year and went to Gran Canaria in April of this year and experienced no problems whatsoever.
You just need to keep on top of your booking and reconfirm your flight details before as our flight time was changed going out,we checked a week or so before and they posted out the new flight detail.
We have just booked with them again to go to Majorca in a couple of weeks and have again not experienced any errors in our booking.
so enjoy your holiday
