As a company we do take all complaints very seriously and on this occaission the inital complaints proceedure was not followed correctly. Mr Elliott did recieve an apology and a Director has taken over the handling of this for Mr Ellitt due to the bad experience he had with his complaint from the offset. We are currently trying to solve this complaint as quickly and as ammicably as possible and also raise concerns with Thomas Cook over the incorrect information that they gave us regarding the building work Mr Elliott encountered whilst in resort. We totaly understand Mr Elliotts frustrations and are trying our very best to resolve all issues for him.

Mr Villa,
I am very pleased that you have had a positive experience booking with sunsave travel. Unfortunately, having now had the benefit of reading this site and other similar sites and the had dubious pleasure of dealing directly with the director of this crowd - i would not trust them to tie my boot laces let alone book a holiday !!
