RIP OFF!!!! avoid this company at all costs!

We booked our holiday on a budget of �500 and agreed to �495 which after giving our bank details we waited fo the call to confirm which never came within 24hrs as promised. We contacted them 3 days after to be told that there was no baggage allowance included .. NONE!! so for us to be allowed to take any luggage onboard at all it would have cost us an additional amount, totalling to �700!

clearly this company tries to force people into paying more than the original amount requested, but not from us as we cancelled immediatley. Found the same deal for �630 anyway so dont get ripped off and go elsewhere.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

I WENT ON THIS WEBSITE LAST NIGHT TO BOOK A HOLIDAY TO GRAN CANARIA, WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE SO WENT THROUGH TO CONFIRM IT TO FIND THAT THEY CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS TO BOOK THE HOLIDAY. I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT THIS AS THEY TOOK MY BOYFRIENDS BANK DETAILS AND I THOUGHT IT WAS STRANGE THAT THEY DONT CONFIRM IT IMMEDIETLY, FOLLOWING THIS I FOUND ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ON THIS FORUM, SO U CAN IMAGINE HOW WORRIED I WAS AFTER READING ALL OF THESE BAD REVIEWS. SO MY BOYFRIEND REPORTED HIS BANK CARD AS LOST.

I ATTEMPTED TO RING THEM THIS MORNING BUT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER IS UNRECOGNISED SO I TYPED THE ATOL NUMBER INTO GOOGLE TO FIND THAT THEY ARE PART OF THE FREEDOM GROUP SO I RANG THEM AND THEY SAID THAT THEY ARENT PART OF THAT GROUP ANYMORE BUT PART OF LOLLY.COM SO I RANG THEM AND GOT THROUGH TO AN EXTREMELY RUDE GENTLEMAN, I TOLD HIM THAT I NO LONGER WANTED THE HOLIDAY AFTER SOME DISCUSSION ABOUT THIS HE EVENTUALLY SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME.

IM GLAD THAT I CANCELLED THE CARD.

MY ADVISE IS STAY WELL AWAY FROM BOTH SUNSAVE AND LOLLY.COM.

As an agent, i am amazed at what sunsave are doing, i have just priced up the following on their website to see if i could get anywhere near the same price.

Have just done it myself as a normal agent �536.

I think what they are doing, they are making about �15 - �20 per booking which is why everyone has had the price go up on them which i very much doubt it has. It is an advertising trick so that they remain as low as possible in price and get the interest from the public so they need these add ons to actually make any kind of decent money.

Internet companies aren't allways the best and cheapest, if you have got a little time, you can do it yourself for the same price and have none of the hassle that people are having.

We booked a what seemed to be a really good value for money holiday yesterday afternoon. My husband went on the forums to check as it did seem to good to be true and from the posts it seems that it is! Weve just rang our credit card company and cancelled our cards before the money goes out. Would advise everyone to do the same if they can.

Don't worry too much I was the same when I read the reviews but I went to Turkey in April and everything went great. Don't read all the bad reviews Sunsave are not as bad as everyone says and if they can be botherered to go on their holdiay without cancelling they would find this out.
