Seven Selected Louis Hotels to Carry Iberostar Brand

Louis Hotels, a member of the Louis Group, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with the largest tourism group in Spain, the Iberostar Group.

As per the terms of the agreement, Louis Hotels will have the exclusive rights for the use of the IBEROSTAR name and brand for the markets of Cyprus, Corfu and Zante. Based on the above, as from 1st January 2004, Louis Ledra Beach in Pafos, Louis Kerkyra Golf in Corfu and Louis Plagos Beach in Zante will be branded under the IBEROSTAR name as: Iberostar Ledra Beach, Iberostar Kerkyra Golf and Iberostar Plagos Beach.

The Louis Ledra Beach has been extensively renovated this year and will become available on a super all-inclusive basis as from summer 2004. The Louis Kerkyra Golf was extensively renovated in 2002 and has enjoyed a very successful year following its recent upgrading, while at the Louis Plagos Beach in Zakynthos all standard rooms will be refurbished during winter 2003/04.

The hotels will continue to be managed by Louis Hotels, however, their inclusion in the sales network of the Iberostar Group is expected to increase further their occupancy rates and underlines Louis Hotels' commitment in cooperating with the leading international organisations in the travel and tourism industry. Furthermore this strategic cooperation is indicative of Louis Hotels' plan to target the central European market. Bearing in mind that both companies share a common philosophy on customer satisfaction the success of this cooperation is already guaranteed.
