| Hi,
We have just found out that Thomsons have changed our Return Dayflights to Turkey to Nightflights.We where travelling in June,same goes for our Friends who where going in August.Due to medical reasons it was imparitive that we had dayflights .Is Thomson misleading us into believing that all is well with flights until you have booked and paid,then hey presto,sorry,but you have booked now lump it.We had to cancel our holiday in June as did our friends in August.Thomson was very quick in offering us a refund as did britannia who we had booked and paid pre-bookable seats with.Quite clearly,this can almost be classed as fraud.How many more families are put through the same Ordeal of having to suffer Nightflights at last minute?

| If you bothered to read your terms and conditions, you would see that there is a paragraph stating that flight times may be changed, so quite clearly, it is nothing like fraud. It is not usually the tour opeartors fault that times are changed. The majority of the time, it is down to the airports who fiddle around with landing times. Do you think operators want night flights?? of course not, they are difficult beggars to sell, especially to familys.

| :confused: They changed out flight times last yr but not just the time the airport also - we had the option of £60.00 compensation and full refund on the holiday,, as the times were better and the other airport was only an hours drive away we decided to take the holiday and also the £60.00 compensation for the trouble. I personally like night flights home as you get an extra day around the pool, we also rent the room for an extra night so that you can freshen up before you go. I would ask for the nights rent of the room if they have extra rooms :thumleft:

| I find that many of our customers who book day time flights are later informed that their flight has been changed to a night flight.
Dont forget that night flights are normally cheaper!
I Know what I think about this .......it really speaks for itselves.
