has anyone used travelrepublic.co.uk thinkin of booking our holiday accommodation with them for september. they are the cheapest i have found. plus if anyone is thinking of booking with them the latest promotional code is cardstudent

hi, booked with them many times and everything been fine untill you need to contact them . They do not answer emails and been on the phone several times today to check something on my reservation. The call is answered and you go through the usual 'pick an option' number ,then when they say they are transferring you to the relevant department they just cut you off. I really need to contact them urgently as i stated in my email but no luck whatsoever so BE WARNED

We have also used them about 4 times and everything was fine, but agree about their poor customer service response. Raised a query on their website on Saturday when I got tired of holding on listening to the phone message about "currently experiencing high volumes of traffic". They say they respond to website queries within 2 working days....but mine has still not been allocated. I hope they reply before we leave next week!

no you dont have to be a student its just the promo code they are using at the moment. i went on moneysavingexpert.com they have a forum for travel and promotional codes it is quite a useful site. glad i saved you some spending money better in your pocket than someone elses lol.
