Thalassa Shalimar in march???

Hi there I hope some of you can help. I am considering booking this hotel or the Thalassa Monastir for march 12-26. Can anyone tell me what they think of these two hotels and which one would be better for a large family with ages ranging from 7 to 70 (there are three children in the party). Also one of whom has walking difficulties. Also what can we expect the weather to be like? and what 'jabs' will we need? Like I said we haven't booked it yet and are also considering Fuerventura (the same time of year), so which do you think would be the better place?
