Which Hotel??

Me and my sister are wanting to book Tunisia for next May but are undecided on which hotel, can anyone tell us which would be the best Rui Belleview Park or Iberostar Phenicia?? Any advice would be gladly received.

We went to the Riu El Kebir last year, wonderful hotel and we are going back again in September. It's a Thomsons Platinum hotel and the staff are really friendly.
