Yasmine Hammamet and Iberostar Belisaire

We are going here in September and neither of us have ever been before. Can anyone let us know what it is like and any information we should know before going? Such as money, vaccines anything? Also, has anyone stayed in this hotel before? It's a 4star hotel but it's difficult to know what its like without other people's opinions! Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Any information on location, weather, people, things to see and do etc.
