hi i have just returned booked to stay in the delux but got put into the relax not a 4 star hotel only 1 star just dirty sheets fraying towels gray and gave us used ones the goldtrail rep was as usefull as a chocolate fire gard did not want to know about any problems all she delt with was trips out and nothing else hotel staff just as bad charged us 60 lira for the safe for 1 week which should have been 25 lira when we asked thay told us that is the price the hotel relax is a over flow hotel for the delux if you are going to this hotel dont bother book another hotel the swimming pool in the relax is on the roof but be warned it never been cleaned for months it has dirt and grime all around the pool the paint on the doors and windows are peeling off and dirty fridges in the rooms dont work i have never stayed in a hotel where all guests are unhappy with all the hotel food same every day chicken rice chips fish salad stay clear and if you are booking with goldtrail dont thay just want your money and will not help with any problems what so ever

Just come back from this hotel, ok not a 4 star but what do you expect for £400 for a week all in can t complain, the rooms were cleaned every day, the walk was a killer we were the top apartment must have been at laeast 100 steps!!!
When we first arrived the AC didnt work we changed to another room.

Apart from that the food was ok, worth eating out at the Marina took a bus into Marious only 2.50 lirea ran every 20 mins from hotel. The views are fab from the rooms and very quite. Also if you have a late flight its worth £40.00 for the excursion on the last day which takes you to mud bath, turtle beach, lunch on the river, then taken to the sea. After taken back to a new hotel (small ) near the airport which is lovley with pool an room were lovley, had ameal there all included in the price. Checked out about 5.00 am as i flight was delayed, which we didnt mind as we were tucked up in bed until 5am. Where the people who did not take up the offer were stuck at the Litera in the reception for 12 hours!!

Deff go back again, so much to do.

just back from the litera,buy far the worst hotel i have ever been in.as far as icmeler goes great weather beach really nice,the rest terrible.had a delayed flight from glasgow going to turkey,when a mean delayed a mean delayed was at airport for 5am flight didnt leave till half 2pm,got to hotel litera to be told we couldnt get into our rooms,2am we eventually got into our bad room.a bed and a dressing table.am not going to write anymore as i am now taking legal action against goldtrail and classic travel uddingston.simply the worst ever.

I have just returned home having spent a fantastic week in the Litera Deluxe in Icmeler. I booked last minute and was rather anxious having subsequently read the reviews about the hotel......there was absolutely no need to worry because it was great; the staff were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating.
OK the Hotel isn't 5* BUT it's pretty darned good in comparison to some of the other accommodation in the area....had I payed 5* prices I think I would have been a little disappointed but lets face it most people aren't paying vast amounts of money therefore should expect it to be like the Hilton!

Whilst I was in Icmeler I did hear several other people complaining and quite frankly was embarrassed to be English when they treated staff so rudely. In my opinion the negativity seemed to spread quickly and over the course of the week people were complaining about the toilet roll and pattern on the tiles!!!

I would definitely return to Litera Deluxe and would recommend other to focus on the positives in life, basically you get more of what you focus on and if you keep focusing on the crap you're going to get more crap!!!

Hi there my husband and myself have just come back from a 2 week honeymoon at the litera DELUXE. It was a joke from day one i have yet to hear someone speak to the rep with something good! constant complaints which she was not interested in hearing!! The food for 2 weeks was chichen, fish or meetballs which i love fish but when its still on the bone with the skin cooked in one of there mixed concoctions i'm sorry iwouldn't feedit to my cat!! (if i had one). The food was never ever hot always luke warm, the only staff that spoke or even smilled was the cleaner! The wires was hanging out, the bathroom had mould and the balcony was rotton even passed anything the cleaner can do. I loved Turkey but i would tell anyone that is considering going to this hotel to think again it was a 5 sun i would say it was a 2 star(thats giving a good rating). I really hope that something is done about this hotel because i think you work hard to save for a holiday and to be disappointed like this is heartbreaking.
