hi annabecks,
we were in sharm last year we had done a cruise first so we had seen the pyramids, however there was a couple who flew to cairo from sharm and it cost nearly 200 each, it is cheaper by coach but it is a very long way. hope this has helped.

As for the Cairo visit, you can fly with egyptair, cheaper than going by coach.

They are two different hotels, but owned by the same company.

There have been a number of very nasty incidents in Marmaris, especially in the bar street area and the beach front, large groups of turkish males
attacking and beating up tourists, there have been over 5 attacks in the last 3 weeks, each time a group of holidaymakers got a very nasty beating. They
even beat the girls up. They also cause the problems by pestering girls and when their advances are spurned they turn very, very nasty. The whole bar
street area is in it together, they come out of the shops and bars and join in, afterwards they all pretend that nothing happened. Its a disgrace,
people need to know about this. The police turn a blind eye and let the beatings happen, its awful. I am never going back there ever again, there are
so many other nice places in the world to visit rather than Turkey, you would be better off not spending your money there.
