Does anybody no about Vision Holidays
Book holiday with them the haev been good untill i got the confirmation Invoice,
they had missed an "E" from my name. Fair enuff easy mistake. Phone them up asked it it mattered they said yes u will need to get it changed, but they will be a charge. �27 to put an "E" in my name. would not of minded but the fact that the person who took my details was not all that hot on his english.

sorry rant over

anyinformation on them will be nice.
also Feliziz apartments anybody stayed there????

Hi

Vision Holidays are a Turkish Company. You shouldnt be required to pay for changing a name if the mistake was theirs. I would put this in writing to them.

Felizia Apartments are centrally situated in Icmeler. Nice Apartments, Family Run, well liked by guests.

Hey , i booked my last holiday with Vision holidays had no probz , But on trying to book again with them , i found them un-helpfull, and they havent rang me back , to tell me if its gone through ! They said they would,On tryin to ring them back , you dont get an answer and the person you spoke with is not there ! ......Now im un-sure if my holiday is booked or not ! not very good if you ask me..........................

Me and my boyfriend went with vision holidays and flew from manchester airport... we had nothing but trouble with our flights, they had over booked on the way out and had to split the flight in two.. we were meant to fly at 10.35am but didnt fly until 12.30pm.. no one had told us about the changes to our flights.. we didnt arrive at our hotel until 10pm that evening.. on returning to the UK, once again Vision seemed to over book the plane.. we were due to fly from Dalaman at 6.50pm but didnt leave until 11.30pm, once again vision told us nothing about this.. they didn't post any notification on this..all in all we had been in the airport for 7hours.. :icon_grrs

Would like to say that we didnt allow this to ruin our holiday and we had an amazing time in turkey.. shame about the flights tho! A lesson has been learnt :sign6:

speak to direct owner askın murat
and tell him about this problem
should be some mistake there
we also work by vision holiday

Vision Holidays to seem to be a little lacking on customer information. We get many customers in trying to find out about their flights as details are late in being posted in the hotels.

I dont understand why my post is deleted... gonna pm Admins and ask but im writing what i know about visionholiday again!

If they charge you to put "E" in your name, if i were in your shoes, i'd just cancel it even if that got your money...
As I think, VisionHoliday have a lack of costumer service, and their site seems cheap for me. A travel agency site should be great and with nice colours. I dont know about you but i personally didnt like the colours in the site...
And also last week in Izmir Airport, I was waiting for my friend... There was a rep for Vision Holiday, he didnt seem nice at all, his clothes and everything. He was also smoking when he was waiting for clients there. Also he didnt have a list of clients... He was standing next to a rep of Thomas Cook and i did notice when he was talkin to her, he didnt know who would come, from where and the details... I was waiting there for an hour and before me he was there too and I left there like at 10pm he was still waiting and the next flights were at about 12pm... also there was no delay...

Im just telling what i saw there... Hope it wont be deleted this time!

I honestly dont think your opinion on web site colours has any significance at all when booking a holiday, Also you are not speaking as a customer or prospective customer of this company and your advice seems sadly lacking if your concern is the colours on a web site.Your advice to others to cancel their holidays with this company may lead to other problems for them in the longrun. While we value everyones opinion and views here we also try to offer constructive advice once the questions have been raised.Your opinion may not be the same as others who have actually used their services personally. If anyone who has booked with this company has any worries or problems I suggest they contact the company directly and raise the issues with them before they risk cancelling and losing any deposits paid, :)

:cool: Are you crazy GNB ! " The Web sites colours " ....... What rubbish are you going to post next ? Becasue i wont be taking note or reading it thanks. Other people have views to , and every bodys are different , try to respect this more...
