Hi busybee,

We stayed there a couple of years ago & the accomodation is like something out of the 1960's. Carpets were filthy & bed settee was falling apart.

We went on a Sun Holiday break for 4 days & paid 50 in total and we thought we were overcharged. If you finish up on an upper leven chalet, there are 2 open concrete staircases to access them and only metal railing bannisters to stop the kids from falling. I would never go back there, not even for free.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings but don't expect to much.

take your own cleaning materials cos the chalets are filthy,i have just had a 2 night break and was disgusted, i did not expect a lot because i had read reviews but i was shocked how bad it was,i have a holiday there in july also and have written to pontins about my concerns and if things havent improved when i go back i will be DEMANDING my money back, the chalets are not even basic
