Hi we are the same flying from gatwick to florida with virgin in december 2008 a bit nervous as have never flown with them.Also doing a connecting flight flying from glasgow first and no idea what to do or what to expect at gatwick as have never been there before or orlando just sanford.

We always go with virgin, but from Manchester, and much prefer Orlando International Airport. Its not as long a drive to get to Disney or International Drive from that airport. They look after you well on the Virgin flights and the free drinks are particularly good!
