Camping das Pinhiers - rude and unfriendly

Has anyone stayed at Camping Das Pinhiers near Carcassonne? Just back from a weekend there which was ruined by the extremely rude and unfriendly owners. I've never experienced this before and wondered if they just dislike English people.

I'd be really interested to know if anyone else has stayed here and whet their experiences were. I would certainly never stay there again.
