Cost of living

Hello
Looking to take our first skiing holiday easter 2010. Going with 3 families mixture of ages and abilities. Can any one tell me what the cost of living is like for ski passes hire etc in Switzerland compared to the Euro Countries.
Obviously looking for the best most cost effective snow sured holiday.
Also any ideas on selfcatering for 14.

hi, don't know myself but i think price wise it will be simiar/more expensive than france/austria. visit j2ski.com they offer great advice on there where all you ski fanatics hang around also visit wtss.com

Hi there Cath, that is a year away and in that time anything could happen - the euro may devalue in which case the eurozone could be better value. I believe some of the Eastern European countries have decent ski resorts too and they are much less crowded - have a look at Bulgaria and see what they have on offer too.
