Hi,
I have just returned from a short break at this caravan park. I am disabled with walking difficulties and when booking I had requested on the phone and booking form a caravan as near to the amenities as possible i.e the entertainment, bar and swimming pool etc. After a 4hr drive I arrived at the park early and asked if any chance we could get in early to a swift answer NO. So away we went in to Hartlepool and came back at 4pm when we were due to get the keys which we did with our welcome pack. We got to our caravan which was excellent but it was the furthest away caravan from all the amenities. My wife walked back to the reception to explain our request and to get our booking form or a copy of it to send to Park Resorts when we got home and the receptionist said no you are not getting it and what do you want it for, my wife explained to her and she said NO POINT COMPLAINING IT WON'T DO YOU ANY GOOD ANY HOW.My wife walked out the office. What a great start to our holiday and we don't get many.
So stayed their 5 days and never got to the club or entertainment.
Since arriving home a week ago I have sent Park Resorts 2 emails with the complaint and as yet NO reply.
Just a warning to anybody going here with a request for anything to help disabled, double check before you go.
Thanks.

Hi, if I were you I.d phone Head Office, or better still get a representative to do it for you, trading standards or a consumer protection agency.
I,m an owner at Park resorts and I think its awfull that,s been your experience.
Next time you go on holiday you may be better off booking with a private owner, then you can find out in advance where your van will be, and only book if it is convenient, lots of web sites have lists of private rentals.
Best wishes.
