)and someone has just given me some American Dollars to spent over there. What is the gen on Dollars as i know the Cuban's & American are not the best of buddie's 
. Can i use American dollars over there to exchange for the local money. I also intend to take sterling but should i exchange the dollar before i go for sterling or are they good over there. Any adise would be useful.
