"Great time staff are friendly the hotel very clean food good the downside is the beds are very hard the electric kept tripping out with the travel iron and kettle so I would advise not to bring them. Room should have facilities for tea and coffee."

"Returned to the Orange Hotel for the third year. The Hotel is in a fantastic location, the facilities are excellent. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. They are cleaned everyday and the towels are changed everyday (even if you do not leave them in the bath as you are supposed to if you want them changed). Room services is spot on if you want it, the pool is excellent. The best thing of all is the food - the Hotel has won awards for the standard of food quality and choice and it is well deserved. The main meals change everyday so you do not get bored, there is plenty of variety and I think anyone would find it difficult not to eat. There is also a substantial salad bar with cold meats and cheeses and much much more. The deserts are loveley with plenty of choice. In the evening you have the choice of all the bars, pubs and clubs as you are in a central location, or you can watch the Hotel entertainment by the Swimmin Pool bar from around 7pm til midnight, or you can go into the Hotel's brand new bar (only opened in 2006) - the Sanctury. The Sanctury has been designed with a "Bali" theme and there is cabaret at 11pm. You can sit indoors in the cool, air-conditioned bar or outside and watch the world go by...
I would reccomend this Hotel to anyone."

"what can i say, food excellent something for everyone, salad bar soups, pizza, seafood, meats, full english breakfasts best sausages ive ever tasted. Rooms lovely and clean, rooms cleaned towels changed daily, air conditioning, once doors closed at night could not here the noise from bars, only draw back can hear everything in other rooms,staff very helpful. Would go back to this hotel if in a different location ie`not in the square."

It was not second time lucky!
"Well this was our second time this year we have stayed at this hotel (see below for review) and it was totally different, must have been the time of year. Staff were completely rude this time and were not interested in british people (its the spaniads time for holidays there).
We had so much trouble with noise that two older ladies trying to be twenty decided laughting and screaming at 4am was acceptable and when complatints were made that started smashing ashtrays and glasses on our balcony because reception told them it was us who complaints, thanks!, the hotel was not interested and we moved rooms, when they should have been thrown out.
Even though meals were also hit and miss in April they were acceptable but this time unless your an addict to different types of fish then it was back to the salard car, even no pizza which they used to do every night.
Ho well big complaint to First choice and even they did not want to know, had a terrible time and was glad to arrive home."

"This was my second time in this hotel, my friend has been here numerous times and we have booked in here for our next visit in August. Fantastic hotel, brilliant location, the food is fantastic - great choice, nice, clean well-furnished rooms - beds are really comfortable, friendly staff especially Miguel who was really polite and very helpful. Would stay here every time in Benidorm if we could, unfortunately can't get booked in for our visit for fiesta week in November - jut show's how popular this place is. Should be rated higher than a 3 star in my opinion."

"Stayed there in June with several friends. The food was plentiful and i heard no complaints from 24 in our party, though they do have an obsession with veal everyday.. Staff were helpful but several older guests were noted complaining at reception about suitability of accommodation and room / corridor noise. That was probably us. main and kids pool was functional. Despite being located on the precinct little noise can be heard. It must be doing something right as at least half the hotel was inhabited with Spaniards or mature holidaymakers. Enjoyable"

Excellent location for the nightlife
"My sister and I had fur nights during Fieast week in March. Hotel was excellent clean, good food, excellent staff.
It is opposite Cafe Benidorm and in the middle of it all so can be a bit noisy late on but its all part of the atmosphere.
We are going there again in November for the Fiesta.
Overall very affordable, nice hotel."

"My mum and dad were her from 08/05-15/05 full board. (we were there for 5 days too). Weather excellent, hotel FAB, staff very nice and spoke great english, helpful too. Food was FAB and we are all fussy eaters but restaurant was so clean and they took pride in the place. Hotel was all refurbished and was lovely and clean throughout. Great to see the towels being taken from sunbeds when people reserved them early as the staff removed them if not out by 11am! Location is in the heart of everything and would watch what time i booked as it could be VERY lively here in peak season or at weekends with young ones.
The only drawback that i could say was the entertainment, it was very poor but when your in Benidorm there is entertainment on every street corner so we were never stuck.
Would definately book here again as they have a gold medal award for the food as does some of the other Servisgroup hotels."

"went to orange hotel in april 2007. fantastic hotel. clean, lovely staff, food excellent, went full board couldn't have asked for a better holiday. going back christmas my husband and myself. what more can i say."

"my husband is a travel agent so we do go away a few times a year, this time we tried the hotel orange, oh my goodness i wish i had stayed at home, from the minute we got there till the minute we left we hated it, the staff are rude and very unhelpful, the rooms are okay but what i call great, now the food if you want to clog up them arteries then the hotel orange is the place for you everything had fat dripping off it, no sausages for breakfast and 4 out of 4 nights veal was on the menu as was fish as was nothing for children, the salad looked like it had been bought 4 week previous so needless to say we sought out good places to eat, which i might add is not what you expect to have to do when you are in a full board hotel.
i will not be returning to this hotel EVER.
OH IF YOU WANT A PARTY ON YOUR BALCONY THEN HERES THE PLACE TO BE YOU ARE RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE CLUBS!!!"

"Went once again to the Hotel Orange Benidorm on the 29th Sept- 6th Oct. had a fantastic week meeting up with our friends from scotland and Bolton,been holidaying with them for many years, thats the joy of going back to the same hotel every year at the same time,as usual the hotel has kept its standards up, the service is brilliant. Alison Scott (customer services lady )is the very best at her job, all your needs are seen to by her.cant find fault with any of the staff or the cleaners. now that they have had steps put in the pool its a joy not to struggle to get in and out of the water, ( i,m disabled )I always request one of 4rooms on the ground floor and never been refused,even asked for extra soft blankets for the bed because i fractured my pelvis a few weeks before I went and there was the softest fleese blankets on the bed for me. what service is that. Guests are important to this hotel thats why the service is so good. keep up the good work. "

Once again top notch hotel
"just like yamyam65 I too stayed in room 15 in september , being disabled the ground floor is a must for me, we go twice a year and always get room 15-16. what is so good this year is the steps into the swimming pool,came as a bit of surprise when i went down to the pool, for me this hotel is the complete deal, the staff are all so kind and Alison Scott is the best customer services lady that any hotel could possibly employ, to get the right person in the right job is not always possible but servigroup has got this one right. wont even consider any other hotel. WELL DONE.
