Hi there, I am flying out of Heathrow T5 and wanted to know - can I buy duty free and leave it at the airport to be picked up on my way back into the country? Somebody told me I could but I'm not sure how to go about it. Thanks

Not sure how that would work.

Here's the phone number of the Duty Free shop in ARRIVALS. 020 8283 5008

Maybe they can help :-)

Thanks Bex, just had a look at the Heathrow website and there seems to be a duty free on arrival too. Not sure how that works or what kind of choice they'll have but I'll see.

I suppose it all depends what you are shopping for, something specific and I would buy it on the way out.

Where are you jetting off to this time?
