Has anyone ever flown easy Jet and added "Speedy boarding" to their flight.
I ask because today I booked my flights for September, included in the price was a payment of £26 which was for "Speedy boarding".
I'm just wondering how it works when you check in etc.

Hi,

When you check in you will be given a speedy boarding ticket along with your boarding pass etc. When they begin to board anyone who has purchased speedy boarding will be called forward to board the aircraft first and the same should happen at the overseas airport too.

Remember though that where passengers are bussed to the plane, we cannot guarantee that Speedy Boarders will be first off the bus. Where bussing is frequent on a route, this is reflected in the Speedy Boarding price you pay.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Thanks for that, so it seems that if we are bussed to the plane, we are just like everyone else in trying to get the seats we want.

Unfortunately it appears to be that way, Basically the airline will say that no more than 3 coaches should be used for a full load, so whilst you will be on the first bus to leave providing you are at the gate for when they start the boarding, there will probably be others on it that haven't paid but were the first lot to check in.
