Food in drink in vegas

Were is the best buffet in town??? When I was there 10 years ago I had a amazing steak at a casino near circus circus any ideas what one? Were can I get cheep drink with out needing to go to a dodgy bar? I'm stating at MGM grand does anyone know if there is a taco bell near? As my boyfriend thinks they are amazing!! What casinos do gambling lessons? I know it's a lot of questions but any help will be greatly appriciated and any other info or tips will be great
