Hope some one can help me. We have recently came back from USA and had bboked a package deal for Boston , Vegas and New York. When leaving Vegas to fly to New York we were told we had to pay for our flights again as the booking had not been made properly.
My question is whose responsibility is it to refund us. Is it the travel agent who arranged the package for us or the holiday company who have obviously done something wrong?
Having to repay for flights already paid for - ADVICE PLEASE

As you booked via a Travel Agent I would say that they are responsible to sort this out for you. If they sold you the package, your contract is with them.
I would make them the first call (or visit) to log your complaint.
If you paid the travel agent direct, they have your money. It is then up to them to deal with their suppliers who they booked (or not in this case) with.
Keep a photocopy of all receipts and paperwork, you never know where the originals may end up!
Hope you have some luck.
