I recently visited Majorca with my partner who was 7 months pregnant. We booked and travelled with A1 holidays.
To my horror i found that when we arrived at the hotel at 11.45 local time, the hotel staff notified us that they did not have a booking for us!!
The emergency number for A1 travel was only for certain times of the day and needless to say we were outside those times...

Just a thought if you're looking to book with A1, as it may be worth looking at alternatives...
