Help !! Coeliacs Question

Hi, We're due to go to cala' n forcat Menorca self catering in September...The thing is my son who is 7 is Coeliac (cant have wheat or gluten) does anyone know where I will be able to buy food for him or if theres any restaurants that serve Coeliac food. I would really appricate any help offered thanks
