Myself and my partner are booked to travel to egypt in January staying at the Sofitel in Taba Heights, within the last few weeks we have seen some shocking reviews, can you help?

Have you recently stayed there?
Can you confirm the awful reviews regarding the food standards/hygiene?

Any comments would be appreciated as we are thinking of contacting Thomson and asking them to move us to a completely different hotel?
