how come the Lisa hotel in Ixia is getting good reviews when

why is there such a difference in ratings for the Lisa hotel Ixia?ie:either 10s or 1s-where on earth are the tens coming from?- it makes us suspicious of their authenticity as we had the unfortunate experience of staying there.
