Kenya 6 night Safar

We have booked for Sep 10 and are going to do a 6 night safari. However, the safari states it is half board, does the safari actually include water/soft drinks, or do you need to buy these at the hotels/lodges?

Its very unusual for safaris to be half board - where do they think you are going to get lunch out in the wild???? Every safari that I've done has included all meals. Drinks - be it soft or alcoholic were extra. Some safari companies include a cool box on your safari bus with water free of charge. I would contact the safari company to confirm the meal arrangements as it sounds very strange.
