long term rental wanted

We are looking for a semi 2 or 3 bed, 2 bath, or better, in playa flamenca, for a year or two, willing to pay 400ish we dont smoke, no animals, or kids, we are in our mid 50s, we are renting in another part of spain at the moment,we know the area well, unfurnished would be fine,we have our own stuff thanks J/P
