Looking to go to Europe in July

Hi,

I am looking to go to Europe in July for a surprise holiday for my BF's 21st.

Does anybody know anywhere that is quite cheap but so I can go All Inclusive! I don't want to spend anymore than £500 as an absolute maximum.

I would like to go somewhere that is quite close to bars as would like to go out in the evening. Not really a fan of the beach so doesn't really matter about that.

If anyone could help that would be great! I am open to all suggestions.

Have a look at the Portland Holiday website. They're usually one of the cheapest direct booking companys.

Maybe try Brussels or what kind of German cities.
