Majorca

We have flight tickets to Majorca in October. Can anyone recommend an apartment/hotel/villa (self catering) that is not too far from the airport, I will not hire a car !!!! We don't like a noisy town (ie Magaluf!!) Any suggestions would be really helpful. Also who should we book through!! I have looked at Travel Republic and others but don't know where I am aiming for!!!!

Taking into consideration what you have said, I would recommend C'an Pastilla its very close to the airport and is very quiet nothing like Magaluff, its mainly attracts families and older people.

My favourite part of Mallorca is the old town of Alcudia. Its a truly delightful place and I would really recommend you have a look at it. However, it is quite a drive from the airport, if that is one of your main concerns.
