My daughter was due to fly to Malta on 25/10/10 for a weeks stay in Malta from Luton airport.
She and her boyfriend arrived at the airport at 2/oc and went to the screens to view her flight.
They looked but could not see thier flight.
So they went to Ryan air flight desk to be told,(for the first time,)that the flight had changed to the next day.
So having just paid £50+ pounds for a cab to get there,they're cheaper option was to book into a hotel over night for the next day.
They phoned media Travel the next day 26/10/09 and spoke to, what seamed like a very nice man, who promised to sort it all out and then phone her back.
Yes you have guessed it he never phoned her back.
They then phoned again and they were left her hanging on the phone.So my husband phoned.
No one will take responsibilty for it.
So far My daughter has paid out for a hotel, transfere from the airport to the hotel, an extra night in the holiday hotel and may have to pay for the transfere back and also has lost a days pay. How can the get away with this!
