Are there music bars and disco's in this resort, we want evening entertainment but not rowdy.

Santa Eulalia is a beautiful place with plenty good restaurants bars mainly where you sit out side not really any discos that i know of some of the bars sometimes have singers and occasionally kareoke there is a good beach and a marina wih boat trips and a good number of shops, there are buses to get to all the other places in ibiza it is less lively than san antonio bay it just depends how lively you want it.
