Paying for bread in restaurants

I would like to make a small point regarding a comment by Mr Ash in his assessment of Agrotica apartments, Tingaki. He mentions various restaurants which he recommends and also points out that at Sagittarius restaurant people pay for their bread, implying that this only happens at this restaurant. He would find that in ALL restaurants in Greece, one pays for their bread which is included in the cover charge. However, a new Greek law has just come into force which forbids restaurants from writing the words "Cover Charge" but must now refer to it as a charge for bread and butter. If he were to have inspected his bills from all the other eating establishments he visited he would find either a cover charge or bread charge existed in all cases.
