still waiting for tickets

Hi, we are due to sail on Thursday from Crete on the 10 night cruise on OV,I have just phoned the holiday company and up till five minutes ago we still havent received any info or tickets for flight or cruise,anyone else in the same position as I am getting a little bit worried now.

just an update for all, if your tickets havnt arrived the cruise company have just phoned me to tell me to pick up at the airport from Thomas cook desk,so hopefully all should be ok

Just so you are prepared for the shock, there is normally a charge per person for picking up tickets at the airport!

There is only a fee if you book a late deal and the holday company charge you a TOD [ticket on departure] charge. There would not be a chargable fee if this was an administration fault or as there is a postal strike the holiday company could not physically get the tickets to you. As this appears to be one of the above in your case there definetly should not be a charge.
