If you look on Club Class Conceirgethread you will see TerraNova reported to be close due to a gas leak no other shops involved only them. It says on threads Police could be involded with closure

justicereveals/terronva holidays
It looks like this scam with regards to being called from Tenneriffe by a supposed legal firm claiming that Terranova Holidays has been closed down by the authorities has started up again. In May 2008 I paid 7500 pounds to join Club Class Conceirge which at the time seemed a good investment with a promise of the money being paid back after 3 years.Today I have had a phone call from a legal firm supposedly called Legal Solucions based in Los Christianos. The story being that Terranova Holidays had been closed down by the authorities and that for a small fee of 300 pounds they would be able to get all my money back. I fortunately smelt a rat. The person who called me said his name was Sam Rhodes. He asked me to e-mail him a statement of how I became involved with CCC. This I did. He called back on receiving it and then asked me to Transfer 300 pounds to a bank account the details of which he gave me. I asked him for some further proof of the company he was working for, Legal Solucions by faxing me the details of what he had so far told me on the phone on company letter headed paper. This he refused or could not do. I wonder why?? I have searched the business directory for Los Christianos and Legal Solucions does not appear. The number he gave me for a contact is also a mobile number not an office number. I shall not be sending the 300 pounds.

Re: justicereveals/terronva holidays
I posted this a while ago on another thread.

Much as it pains me to say it ‘I got done too!’
Last November in Tenerife my wife and I were ripped off for £8,000 by Terranova Holidays, on behalf of CCC. The promise of less expensive (not cheap) holidays and getting money back in 3 years and we were hooked! And aren’t they such nice people before they get the cash from you!!
Anyway we have now been contacted by Marc Peters of the Victim Support Group who tells us that Terranova Holidays are currently in court, that they have been given victims details by the court and for the paltry sum of £395 they will act on our behalf.
I got in touch with Relaciones Públicas (Public Relations), Centro Europeo del Consumidor en España, (European Consumer Centre in Spain), who were very good BTW and they tell me this is rubbish. See below for their reply.
If I can save anyone £395 at least that will be something.
In the meantime I’ll be getting back to putting a hex on the whole lot of themMay they all suffer death by at least 8,000 cuts
.
Kind regards

Dear Mr. igotdonetoo, [I changed my name here]
Many thanks for the information and for making the effort to translate it into Spanish.
What Terranova says is not true, they are just trying to get more money from you (and they probably come from the holiday club your signed the agreement with or are in connection with them). We can also tell you that there is a very restrictive Spanish data protection law which does not allow other companies to get your contact details so easily, which is likely illicit.
Furthermore, no Spanish or European governments are or would get involved with any companies fort that, especially not if that means using consumer’s data in an illicit way and asking for money. Also, unfortunately getting money from holiday clubs is not easy even through court and there are no guarantees for the moment. In any case, we recommend you not to pay any deposits to any further companies about this. Finally, if they insist, you can either ignore them or tell them that you are not interested, or even warn them about reporting it to the police for contacting you without you providing them with your contact details.
Finally, if you would like us to deal with your case against Club Class Concierge within our competences in mediation, please contact the UK European Consumer Centre; what they need to deal with your case:
UK European Consumer Centre
Tel: 08456 040503
Fax: 08456 089600
E-mail: ecc@tsi.org.uk
Web: http://www.ukecc.net
These companies are usually unwilling to collaborate with us in mediation. However, if we don’t succeed, we will inform the competent authorities for further investigations and actions.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
- igotdonetoo
