Belfast for ST PATRICKS DAY

Does anyone know what belfast is like for St Patricks day?

I've been told that its not so much of a party in Belfast as in Dublin and there's not really much fuss made. I hope I've heard wrong as I love Belfast and really want to go for paddy's day!!

Any help is greatly appreciated
