Mauritius illness UPDATE

I have worked out what happened:
1. I got food poisioning
2. My body pretty much shut down all in comings and outgoings.
3. I got a tension headache as a result of the stress
4. I got fevers as I was taking nurofen on an empty stomach to cope with the headache.
I still have the headache.
I dont really want to say where I stayed as it would be unfair to place the blame for the poisioning anywhere as we had been out around the island.
Its a beautiful island but next time I will be more careful that all food and beverages are fresh and not cooked in dodgy water.
Still interested to hear from anyone else recently returned who got the same. If it then turns out they stayed in the same resort or went to the same place.
