RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?

Spainwashed - DON'T speak to them. Keep everything in writing. You cannot then be accused of saying something that you didn't. They are not able to take title to the points, and the reason that you entered the contract was to sell them. By saying that they could, they lied to you. If you were told that you would get, without question, most or all of your money back through Reclaim they lied to you. Lying is what they do best. They would not succeed if they tried to take legal action and they would be very foolish to try it.

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?

People have found that they get more and more fierce, then fade away when it doesn't work.

If you are really worried, and for your own peace of mind, I suggest that you could speak to Citizens Advice, discuss the deception with them, and get them to draft a letter demanding that these people stop harassing you.

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?

Postby saucyandsqueak on Mon Jun 02, 2008 11:21 am

We attended a meeting with Full Circle Management Ltd yesterday in the Castle Hotel Taunton. They claim to have helped people dispose of their timeshare ownership and achieve 100% of their asking price! Before agreeing to the appointment we made it clear that we would not part with any money up front, neither would we buy into any holiday/travel scheme. They assured us that we would not be required to do so. Guess what? They wanted over 5000 at first, reduced to 3000+ after we looked reluctant. Same old scam. Got us there under false pretences. They were tied in with Reclaim Cash back (51 months time) as many of the above have done. After 2 hours of brow beating by a very nasty bully we walked out and not before time. We believe they are moving their operation to Chester today. So watch out!

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?

Postby Eevie on Mon Jun 09, 2008 4:28 pm

We bought a timeshare with TimeLinx and it cost us 5 short of 15000. We did send our Reclaim Certificate back, did it all correctly and did get paid out, but only got back 3500 a lot less than the 15000 we paid out. We'd re-mortgaged to pay for this. We are now so sceptical of anybody that phones up regarding this company. All I think is at least we got something back, a little was better than nothing at all.

RECLAIM Certificate - have you got one?

After reading every ones comments on here, about Sundance, DWVC and reclaim certificates. I feel quite sick.

My mother got conned on this, and has only recently paid for the package deal through Sundance for DWVC package, with the understanding that she would receive a lump sum in five years time.

I was with her when she went to see them, she was so upset whilst there about her time share she needed to sell, and how she didn't want to be stuck with yet more exspence, that they showed real comfort to her, one lady even cried with her.!!!!.. We were so talked into this deal, over four hours, where they fed us and really acted as if they cared. It just seemed like the right thing to do..

How wrong was I !. I feel awful that i too got sucked into all of this, and believed every word.

I wish we could go back in time....maybe someone could !!!! if anyone out there has been asked to visit this group, on the understanding to sell time shares or points, maybe you could take along a secret camera or get real names etc.. so that between us we would be able to stop these people from robbing so many people of their hard earned cash.. Just an idea...wish i could.

I fell for the holiday scam in Tenerife. You have every right to be worried but we were fortunate to get back half of what we paid out we finally got £1500 sent into our account. Under no circumstances give any money to a Spanish law firm claiming to be investigating the holiday company you sign up at. My suspicion on that is they are sitting in the next room scamming you another £600 to sue as a group, just another scam to get more money out of you.

Getting back to receiving the money, reside yourself to never seeing it again that way your hopes are dashed now rather than later but if you manage to get more than 10% count yourself extremely lucky. As soon as we heard about the scams regarding Reclaim we scoured the Internet and discovered how wide spread this scam was, I followed the terms to the letter and even with confirmation we were very sceptical of getting anything back. The scam is a very clever as they use Spanish law when it suits them and has an Office in Gibraltar which are technically separate from each other so "dog chasing its own tail" you will go round in circles getting an answer from any of them.

You would think being in the European Common Market you would be afforded some protection but these scammers are qualified in Spanish law and will not be stopped as they are one step ahead.

You may contact me if you feel the need to I shall be happy to speak to you.
