making phone calls

can anyone let me have some info plzzzz
im off to costa teguise in march and i will need to make phone calls to the ukraine from costa teguise which is the cheapest way to do this e.g my mobile or from the hotel or by the way of a phone card ?

and on second point the drink drive laws in lanzarote im thinking of hireing a car whislt in costa teguise and of course i will enjoy a drink in the evening what are the guide lines for the country? as i always do is respect the laws of the countrys im visiting

hi again edge im stalking you,lol.

ok the cheapest way to phone home is from the phones on the street,if you walk down to legends there is a few phones there,normally 4 phones in a square,you put your euro coin in press the button on the side of the slot and phone the number,00 44 and then your home code minus the 0 and then the rest of your number.

if you dont get through it gives you your money back,a tip try it when its daylight to get the hang of it because they arent lit up very well at night. tom.

sorry edge i missread the post i thought it was uk but i see its the ukraine so i cant help there all i can tell you is you get a long time for a euro to the uk.

on the subject of drink driving,they have drink drive laws there to and can pull you over,if caught i believe its a big fine and a 2 month ban i got that from my friend who is a canarian living in teguise.so be careful. tom.
