hi off to sunrise island view in july has anyone been looking for peoples thoughts and any handy tips and is there money exchange near by or around the resort many thanks

Plz check the tips for 1st Timers on the Sharm forum it covers many things, incl money exchange; sorry can't advise on your hotel specifically as don't know it.

Hi

We stayed at the Sunrise Island in 2006. There is a bank just across the road (about a 5 min walk) although this really never seemed to be open. There is also a bank in the hotel next door (we used this once).

Sunrise is a lovley resort, you will have a great holiday.

Hi,

My partner and I stayed in Sunrise Island Garden's before. Both Garden and View are great hotels. Staff are just Brilliant.

There is a bank in Concorde el Salam, just next door. And the cashier is just lovely. Oh I can't wait to get ack to Sharm, in the process of ooking at the moment.

There is a block of shops opposite the hotel, and there is a bank there also, nearly sure it only opens at night. We took travellers cheques with us and exchanged these.

hi, i am going o sunrise island view in 4 weeks, cantwait, heardso much positive stuffabout it, try looking on the trip advisor website, i looked on there aswell as there are lots of pics of the hotel and lots more reviews aswell as on here....it sounds fantastic, they also have a website tha i looked at x
