Help, I am starting to panic after reading some bad reviews about saying this place is not suitable for kids. This wil be the first time abroard since we had our 2 and 4 year old. Although I have read some really good reviews can someone tell me if they have recently stayed here and give an honest point veiw. We have been to Playa Den Bossa 3 times before, I understand alot may have changed since then. Can you tell me whether you could hear the noise from the Jet Complex and Bora Bora at night, or any other bar from where these appartments are based. Thank you this will hopefully save me from cancelling and extra expense rebooking elsewhere!! Seaweed, low aircraft and chips with every meal doesnt bother me just lack of sleep does!!

Hi,
My mate stayed here with his wife and his wifes friend and her 2 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment. They were in an apartment that overlooked the street and said it was really noisy at night mainly from the traffic.Having said that they would go back but would request an apartment that is furthest from the road as they were impressed with the cleanliness and size of the apartments. If I were you I would simply email them with a request for a quiet room. The complex has 2 pools which are suitable for kids and they even have parrot shows etc for the kids.I would definatley not go cancelling it.

Thanks so much, I did enquire to change to another place but didnt want to pay the admin fee of £140!! So I will just go for it. To tell you the truth I have never read reviews before going on holiday and after this probably never will again. If we did have problems on previous hols we have always managed to deal with it with the reps, in some ways I suppose it was best I knew of these problems sooner rather than later, eh? The person I booked with did automatically request a quiet room and I have double checked this since, although this cant be guaranteed. I have also been concerend about the security other people have mentioned and have also written to Thomson showing my concern. I hope that they will sort this out by the time we go, thanks again you are a life saver!!!
