I had a very bad experience with Universal holiday centre, my family hired a floor for our holiday in Salou, it was deplorable and in bad shape and what it is worse than that it´s how the director of universalholidaycentre Miss Stephanie Vanrafelghem treates us , so bad that my wife was about to cry. what a pity , because salou it was very nice
