Slovenian holiday

Does anyone have any recommendations for self catering properties in Slovenia, preferably near to the Austrian border

Its not a part of the world that I know very well. I went to Slovenia once on a coach trip when I was working for a large reader tour operator who are no longer around.

I think you would want to be quite close to Maribor, as that would appear to be the main town on the border between the two countries.
