[Timeshare Expert Rtd]

Good day to you all
I must explain that i have worked in the timeshare industry for more than 25
years starting as a rep at a table to podium speaker then T/O sales manager
marketer and eventually one of the largest developers in the uk.I am now retired
and have no direct interest in any timeshare company.The degree of insider
info that i have crosses so many topics which is why i have started a new topic.
For my bona fides yes i did have my own page on crimeshare old hands may remember
the cartoon of the slave galley with the comment "didnt i see you on the last free
holiday".
Today i will cover three broad subjects
1 The worst rip off artist and abuser of timeshare owners today is RCI this is
not simply knocking copy under Crystal DeHaan it was a customer focused hard working operation that serviced its members well.Once it was sold to Cendant
its only interest was helping drive the share price.This was done in two legal
and one totally illegal manners,first fire well paid expert staff and replace
them with much cheaper green people who were easily convinced of the "bargain
flights" they pushed at members.2 as you will have seen all prices for bonus weeks exchanges etc have increased dramatically.The mandate given to the FOUR
new CEOs was to increase profits 20% year on year compound.This of course is impossible after you have cut staff to the bone and maxed out prices,what is left?? 3 the illegal method steal all the most valuable weeks deposited by your members and rent them out!!!!RCI is now subject to a class legal action in the
US which is failing due to the complexity of the system.This post may be put up
with out problems from RCI as they really really would not like me to mention
****** or Don or a certain scottish holiday company not to mention an email from an ex amex executive employed by them to the lawyers running the class action.
Why dont i do it anyway i would like to live to enjoy my retirement in many of my future posts full names may be omitted to protect the guilty lol

2 The strange reluctance of Devon Trading Standards to take prompt action against terrible abusive sales operations sigh yes my main operations were
in the West Country in a later post i will explain in detail non abusive
professional selling. The simple reason DTS will not act is that they prosecuted
me five times including one case about the electrosport motor boat that prosecution was won against 106 other uk timeshare operations around the
country,but not us like the other 4 cases it was dismissed with harsh words
from the judge or magistrate asking why DTS had wasted the courts time. I was annoyed by now and had a specialist firm of solicitors from London write not
only to Bernard Leisk (head of DTS) but to all of the county councilors explaining under uk law 5 failed prosecutions looked to them like an abuse of power and they had recommended that i sue Bernard and each of them personally.
I declined however i did have the solicitors write that having been put on notice if a sixth prosecution was brought and failed the personal results for the councilors could be draconian indeed.I think i will email Devon council
and let them know im retired i have read most of the forum and am disgusted
with what i read ironic from an old time timeshare shark but much of what i have read truly offends me

Many times i was offered cash back certificates to use as a sales aid or a closing tool the cheeky sods even wanted me to pay for them up to a hundred
pounds a pop i gently (one time with a tenerife hard man not so gently) explained that that although my business has a stinking reputation i an NOT a
THIEF aCON MAN or a bloody idiot. CASH BACKS DO NOT CAN NOT AND NEVER WILL WORK
to use them is to simply lie and steal we may remember a major uk firm MFI??
i apologise if it was another company that used them on kitchen sales and nearly
destroyed the company.

One last thing having just read some more posts.for gods sake fred2 and others
DONT sent people to the TCA Sandy Grey is a convicted criminal (google it)
combined with his other operation Crimeshare TCA was always a major scam itself
right from the start the list of "safe"!!!!! resale agents listed collected millions from owners. The ones he helped cancel?? funny there was always a bargain week a "friend" of his wished to sell at a reasonable (but very profitable) price
Most industry insiders have known this for years but who can be bothered to swat a flea then sandy made his fatal mistake there were a few companies never
really slated on crimeshare but he got greedy and had a go at Bob Trotta looking to scam HIS owners, The result?? his high court conviction for fraud and libel Is this really where you want people to get advice?? send them to tatooc or a good lawyer Bevan Ashford of exeter are experts i used them for years but as i am retired there is no conflict of interest
