Hi Out there
Relatively new to cruising, only once cruised before and possibly spoilt by Celebrity Solstice - downgrading a little this time (in size at any rate) aboard Thomson Celebration Eastern Med Cruise. Have chosen deck 7 room 113 - does anyone have experience of this or surrounding area. Have read all about the ships vibration and dated decor.... is it really that bad ??
Any advise greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Welcome to HW ans in particular the cruise forum.
After many wonderful cruises Mrs T and I still love Thomson, they are not Cunard or RC, certainly not as new as Princess but they have something.
We have done the Celebration three times and it a great ship. if fact we have booked again for next September on the Dream which might upgrade Thomsons fleet after they take it over from Costa, as it was really nice when it was the Europa.
Your cabin is forward in front of the last staircase & lifts, therefore you will not get engine noise, or from above, she may shake a bit if you get rough sea against the bow, but other than that, nice.going down to the Lido first thing in the morning will be easy to grab a quick coffee, just two decks.
If you are good drinkers the A1 package at £167 is a good deal, for moderate drinkers not so.
Have a great cruise
